According to the CII, the Company has a market share of approximately 1.8% based on the floor area under management in Shaanxi Province as at December 31, 2023, and in 2023, the Company will rank third among the property management service providers operating in Shaanxi Province. With our market position in Shaanxi Province, we have also expanded our footprint into northwestern China. As at the Latest Practicable Date, our operations covered Xi'an, Tongchuan, Hancheng and Shihezi.
